Peghead profile

I was looking forward to cutting out the peghead profile with the bandsaw until it dawned on me that there was no easy way to support the neck in a flat orientation to ensure a stable cut perpendicular to the surface. Instead I hacked it out with the coping saw, which turned out to be a good time. A few minutes on the spindle sander cleaned up the hack job and brought it close to shape. I'm slowly easing my way toward the line. The tight inside curves will be interesting, as will making the flat parts truly flat.
