Rim progress: so close!

All reservations about the Koa cap are out the window. That stuff lit up under the round-over bit and now is meeting all expectations. The big gouge from last time is almost gone and will fill easily. Construction is complete except for the tone ring chamfer. I think I bought a cutter based on a previous design, and it's not even close to big enough to finish this job.

On to the neck!

    It's better in person :) Rounding over the rim cap made a huge difference.
