Here's my Honduran Rosewood tone ring board after planing and resawing to 3/4". Now I have a piece of veneer I can have fun with on a future project. I was hoping for a fingerboard, but it'll work somewhere at just over .100". As you can kinda see on the top of the veneer piece, the 1/2" smooth slicer bandsaw blade from WoodCraft Bands in NC did an awesome job on the resaw operation. No planing required to clean up the cut.

To Monica: I'll get that pencil back to you ASAP!
